1. All work is individually handmade. It might differ to sample pieces and / or catalogue photos. This is not a reason for reclamation. Especially work done with
Dichroic™-glass can differ from previous orders, samples or photos.

2. Orders for abroad customers are strictly made on pre-payment . (Bank transfer or credit-card. We accept ONLY Visa cards. We do not accept any cheques.)
For orders under EUR 150,00 add 15% for undervaluation-surcharge. We do not send free sample pieces. All prices are "ex Works" and do not include customs or taxes. For orders placed by a European Community resident we need the International VAT-Number. If the VAT# is not given or invalid we will have to add VAT to invoice.

3. Transport costs have to be paid by the consignee. Deliveries to USA or Asia will be done via German Parcel Post. USA deliveries are EUR 27.00 per parcel. Deliveries to Asia are EUR 33,00 per parcel. Deliveries in Europe are EUR 15,00 per parcel.
For package add a surcharge of max. 2%. At consignee's request we send the delivery insured. Costs for insurance will be invoiced as well. Pre-arranged delivery dates are without obligation, however will be observed as ever possible. We are entitled to send part-deliveries and part-invoices if not explicit otherwise agreed.

4. It is clearly understood that in case of hortatory proceedings all admonisher, inkasso and lawyercosts as well as all court-costs have to be paid by the consignee.

5. Reclamations are to be made written within 8 days after receiving the delivery. Any redeliveries have to be agreed by us.

6. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled in front of a competent Germersheim court of law by using exclusively the German law.

7. Orders placed via our online-shop will be treated as follows:
Those orders must be paid via credit-card. Customers have to add their telephone or fax number in the remark-field so that we are able to call for the credit-card number and fax a pro-forma invoice with shipping details.
